Starting in July 2025, there are changes that will be implemented that will impact strata schemes, community associations and strata managing agents.

NSW Strata Living Changes

The NSW Government has released information to the changes, effective from 1 July 2025 as well as further changes to be rolled out later in 2025.

The 1888 Co. is providing a copy of this release and has already implemented changes internally to manage these changes and assist our clients where required.
